Hello all.

In an attempt to concentrate on other much older restraints I will be offering the following rare and antique handcuffs and leg irons for sale:

- Cummings (Lots of plating and works perfectly but I am keeping the key)
- Almost mint plated heavyweight "Boer War" plug 8 dated 1917. Very rare with unusual "extended" lock tube (No key or plug but works perfectly)
- Nice brown patina Marlin bottlenecks with original key (swivel model)
- Cavenay bottleneck with original key
- Tower Union Hardware with nice plating and working non original key
- Mint plated steel Hiatt 115 darby with original key
- Clejuso Nazi used steel adjustable darby leg irons circa 1940's with working key (brown patina)
- RARE Hiatt 104 darby Shefield key pattern w/ original key and 70% plating
- RARE H&R Super leg iron with working key - about 60% plated
- Tower Balco style leg irons (no makers mark) with working key. (Key will operate single lock but is not cut correctly to am and disarm double lock function)
- STEEL Hiatt darby bar leg irons with original key (1970's vintage)

Steve, there are a pair of leg irons at the very bottom that seem to be meant to be secured with rivets or padlocks. Are they for sale? I can't find a description of them.

Yes, they are rivet locking with a hand forged chain. I believe they could date to the Civil War period but not 100% sure. They are quite heavy.

Price is $400 USD plus shipping.

I looked back through my messages sent and saw that I did indeed e mail you. I guess somehow it got swallowed up in cyberspace.

The Sheffield darby cuffs and H&R leg irons are on hold pending a deal with Chris Gower.

Should we not come to terms and these items become avaialable again I will certainly post about it here.

I have a good relationship with many collectors here and I have found that offering items directly to collecting community has worked out very well over the years.
