Handcuff ID

Hello,

I am not really a handcuff collector but I came across these and thought they were pretty interesting. I have gone through the photo gallery on this site but am having trouble identifying them. The only markings on them is a 49 stamped on one cuff and on the key. Any ideas?

I have a similar set that appears to be from the same manufacturer - as the key is identical and the central swivel eye link and connection brackets are also identical. The cuff itself is slightly different on mine - but is also a screw key style. Mine are not painted, and only one side currently locks. Any idea on value? (I am not in the business - just trying to help out my parents who came across the pair.) Thank you - Bob

Made in Crapistan about 2 or 3 years ago....worth about $35-40.
You can get them on eBay 25 times a day.
