Most collector/historians would guess that these were made by Thomas Hiatt just after 1850, but if i remember right, Hiatt was already using a different stamp at that time.
Perhaps Joe L. will offer his thoughts, but in a discussion with him a few years back, he thought these cuffs appear to have many characteristics of a Frogatt and may have been private labeled by them.

Thats what me and joshua were thinkin to when i got them.The thames and hudson was writen on a piece of paper the guy sent with the cuffs.I think you could be right.Its a nice little cuff it has a bit of nickel loss but original key and work nice.

The T.H. & Co. mark has been seen on several different pairs of Irish 8s, but never on any other cuff that I know about. The problem with the Thomas Hiatt theory is the timing. The cuffs are not old enough. Thomas Hiatt was making cuffs in the last of the 18th and the early 19th centuries.
As Mark mentioned the cuffs look a lot like Frogatt cuffs. My theory is that the T.H. & Co. mark is some Irish company that bought cuffs from Frogatt.

It looks more like Chrome plating to me not nickel which makes them more modern. It could be a later plating of an earlier cuff but either way plating was from mid 18oos onwards when at that time Hiatt was in full flight, so not T.H & Co stamping. My GUESS is WW1 era.
