Another set of "oddcuffs"

I picked up these on a local auction in Sweden past weekend. They reasemble both the Tower Detective but also
the Stotz due to the bow design.

These are "high precision cuffs" with a very smooth action and very distinct lock positions. There are absolutely
no play inte locks or in the clevis. They only single lock.

The bows have milled holes, reminding of the Horst Moabit - the pawl has a pointed shape. The links are forged
and looks like early Tower, Adams or Phelps. They are quite heavy, 538 gram.

I have seen quite a few cuffs in my life but I have never seen these before. Nice, aren't they?

Due to the quality of manufacture and the tight action, I believe these are either German or Scandinavian.

Any thoughts?? Any suggestions what to call them?
