In the offer a Heinrich Hagge Form C Modell 3:

The seller declear the handcuff with "Handschellen Polizei Drittes Reich" (handcuffs police third reich)

The handcuff is build in the last decade in 20th century.

The price in Germany in Ebay between 40 and 80 Euros.
