I've recently required a pair of handcuffs at auction. During my research I've found that they are Second Model Tower Bottom key from this website http://www.handcuffs.org/tower/index.html I've seen others listed as second model but they don't have the key hole in the same place. Possibly a double lock? Don't know much about them other than the research I've done tonight. They are for sale to the highest bidder and will be on E-bay tomorrow night. Thanks, Justin.
