Anybody seen these before? How about a key?

I bought these since I'm heavy into the takeda style cuffs. Anybody ever seen these before? They're steel unlike the brass ones usually seen. No key as stated so anybody know what the key would look like or any clues on a key?

Hi Tim, John Bushey could make you a key or I would, if you wanted to send them to Australia. Like so many here, I don't know what shape the original looks like. Nice find, good looking cuff.

I believe your handcuff is a Tsugawa (Japan). I hope the photo helps.

Do yours actually have the name tsugawa on them anywhere? I'm just curious because if it were small enough, I could be missing it on mine. Mine aren't in near as good a shape as yours.
