help identify and value

my father has a pair of handcuffs we would like some info on. They i believe are smco handcuffs. they are stamped SMC 1918 with MC above the year on the cuffs is also a #2 and also #89 which also appears on the key. They are in working order. Anyone that can help us would be great - thank you.
