#1Am entirely new to hand cuff collecting and /or knowledge. I have an old pair of cuffs with the following information stamped on them in different locations.

I am looking for information about them including value. They are in decent shape but not pristine. I would appreciate any information that you might forward to me. They are of the round hole key make. I have no key so am wondering if there is a source that might have one or make one. Any historical info about them would also be appreciated. Is it advisible to polish them up or leave in original condition? Thank you in advance
