http://www.manacles.us/ is the correct URL. It essentially is the same one-page site as was the previous site, stating the book is out of print, the new one (still) is in the works and write (not e-mail) to be put on the notification list. Gross has moved from Missouri to Oregon, meaning his mailing address has changed.
