So... I have these handcuffs sitting around here, and I'm wondering how to tell if they're real. On both arms, "PAT? JUNE 17, 186?" is on it. After PAT I can't tell if it's a D or P and after 186 the number is worn and I can't tell if it's a 2 or 3. I did a bit of research and I'm guessing that they're 1862 Adams handcuffs. If they are real, how much would they be worth?
