can someone tell me when the Nippers were built.

Signs on

a)
front: BRITISH MADE
back: HIATT STEEL

in the middle is on one side a number

b)
front: HIATT
back: STEEL

in the middle this item in in two sides an flower

The "British Made" imprint means that they were after WWI. So somewhere between 1920 and the 1950s.
