Unknown handcuffs

I have a set of handcuffs that appear to be chubb adjustable handcuffs but they look much older than 1970s? They look like E.R. handcuffs but adjustable. Anybody know what they are exactly??? ALL help is appreciative. Thanks! Jonathan.

Hi, I thought you said they looked like ER cuffs so were a hybrid of some type. So you have 1970's Chubb, that good.
