Actually, these have been on the bay for quite a while.

How the seller wants to sell this $2 piece for farm junk for a set of "handcuffs" is beyond me.

Let's see: is there a maker? No
Does it in any way resemble a handcuff? No
Is there a locking mechanism? No

Bummer.

I have seen this THING for months on ebay and wondered why it is under the handcuff title.

Looks to me, to be a wooden rail attached to two pipe clamps. Maybe it was clamped to a pipe as a handle or hand rail. Or attached to pipes on the ceiling as a 'chin up bar' for exercise.

I told the seller this was not a handcuffs but he really thinks it is .. see what drugs do to a person ..he lives in a fantasy land $4.00 worth of pipe clamps and a piece of a broom handle don't make a handcuff in this world ...Lol I wonder if he thinks a balloon a string and a pipe clamp make a ball & chain
