Geez How Many Cuffs Can Texas Cops Use?

At one of these stops I remember a particularly aggressive deputy demanding to hold my wrists and apply 1 set of handcuffs on each wrist dangling, then twisting them around each other and locking them back on the original wrists. This makes it incredibly restrictive and keyhole to keyhole of the same cuff. Behind my back and into a closet in the dark,,,,Yup its a different one,,,but hey, when I got out he off all of the cops was the most impressed.

Well, back in the old days, we locked them up that way, and sent them out to California.

Guess a few of them got loose, somehow wound up in Australia, and I suppose Ian turned them loose.
