Peerless 700b question

I have a pair of those now and I can't tell any difference than the last variation of the 700. Anybody know what the difference is? Maybe the action is slightly smoother but visual inspection reveals nothing that I can see.

You nailed it. The 700b series is supposed to have better, smoother springs so the cuffs aren't so stiff out of the box.

The double locks on the old ones can be rapped
off pretty easily. The new design makes it very tough.
You can feel the difference, in the double lock.
