Of course these cuffs are genuine. It all comes down to what is the definition of genuine. These are modern, Indian made, reproductions of older style cuffs used in India in a later period. Some designs may even be modern updates of the older design. Since the data sheet gives the prices you can see what the markup is when you see them on eBay.

There are still real older models of Indian made cuffs that are of similar design, but are of much better quality and in my opinion very collectable. It all depends on what a collector is interested in.
