Hi Guys,

First question: I was wondering if S&W 94s or 104s ever came from the factory with anything other than the basic chain configuration, like hinges for example?

Second question: Is anyone here offering either the 94 or 104 for sale?

S&W #104s - were made by the factory with a Hinge, by special order only. I have one in my collection, and one is pictured in the new Alex Nichols Vol. 2 book, if I remember correctly.

Smith and Wesson has indeed made hinged handcuffs with push pin double locks with the 104 high security lockworks. The order for a Sheriff's Department was only 30 pair and was processed through Gall's.

S&W Model 104's are available from Gall's, Discount Handcuff Warehouse, etc. The hinged version was ordered from Gall's, by Gall's stock number ZR956, S&W, 300P Special, Nickle, Push-pin, hinged handcuff, with Model 104 maximum security lockworks. With 30 pairs in service for over two years, we have experienced no key breakage or malfunctions.
