Can anyone tell me how old these handcuffs and leg irons could be. found at and auction in Port Macquarie NSW Australia.

Unfortunately these are not old cuffs. They are modern reproductions from South Asia. Similar reproductions are available on eBay for just a few dollars. Many dealers try to pass them off as antiques.
