I got these from ebay UK im sure some of u probly have seen them at the auction .im just wondering
what they are ,maybe homemade junk but not sure but thanks for looking

An interesting item.
It looks like the bow is made of hollow square stock and the modern weld is indicative of more recent manufacture.
The forked tip of the bow appears to be able of being pushed inwards to bypass the padlock that would be locked into the hole on the shackle. This would be useful as an escape artist quick release cuff while giving the appearance of being secure.
Can you bend that part inward? Is it flexible enough to do that easily

Thanks mark for the info ,I tried to bend them but they are very stiff they will not move I also noticed the width of the bows are different sizes in the first pic the cuff on the left is a quarter inch smaller in bow size than the one on the left also the welds look to be brass .thanks for checking it out for me any info is great.
