I am pleased to announce a new addition to the Handcuffs.Org web site. It is an interview with Joseph Fox and a photographic tour of his collection.

Joe is a well known magician from Southern California, is also a long time collector of restraints and jail locks and a regular participant on this forum.

Recently Joe loaned a major portion of his collection to the Los Angeles Police Historical Society for display in their Museum and Community Education Center. Joe has kindly sent us some pictures of his truly spectacular display.

Hi Joe and Joe,
I was very pleased to come home after a long day and read such a delightful article. It made me happy to read such a nice piece like that about someone who I consider a good friend. I really enjoyed reading about how you started your collection as we have never really talked about that aspect of collecting before. The story was great, well written, and particularly enjoyable it as it contained some good bathroom humor.
Congratulations on being acknowledged for your accumulating such a superb collection and having it displayed so prominently at the museum.
Thanks go out to the "other" Joe for making this the premier web-site for all of us to share and learn from. I am looking forward to reading the next collector spotlight!

Thanks Joe L for getting Joe Fox to go public and thanks Joe F for a great interview. Your collection is amazing and I hope you can show me around the museum in Oct.

For those who don't know Joe Fox, he is a man of many hidden talents and a source of great knowledge to whom I have asked his assistance and been helped many times.

If your have been to the site, and clicked on "don't click here"
you will have noticed that Foxy has lost a little weight but he washed his hands afterwards. (LOL)

Hi Margarette, yes! knowing you I bet you couldn't resist doing what you were told not to.

I bet that after all the cuff training Joe Fox has given you, you could name all his cuffs by feel and sound alone.

GREAT collection. I remember seeing it the file cabinets in your home. Wonderful job! Thanks to Joe Lauer for doing these great interviews and letting us all share in each others collections.
