#1Hi. I have a pair of Peerless Handcuffs- patent # 1,531,451 - 1,872,857, or 1531451-1872857. Trying to find out some information on them. They have also been hand engraved with NLVPD Jail (North Las Vegas Police Department). This is one of our jails here in LV. There is a 3rd number- unable to find any info on...834030. I think they are pretty awesome! Any info would be appreciated!
