Maybe a movie prop or maybe im just nieve.

I always thought these were Middle-Eastern Reproductions. But, judging by the artwork, somebody had a lot of time on their hands.

That's what I thought too but they actually look like they have some old patina to them

Judging from the general shape, key and hinge; I believe these cuffs are authentic Indian Darby.
The size is very small but you can compare them to a set in larger size I picked up this year.

It's a pity there is no photo of the entire key to see the thread pattern. Most of the Indian Darby
I've seen have outer threads. Authentic Indian Darby cuffs are pretty scarce.

I contacted the seller and ask them to post a picture of the key hopefully they do it
