I have this vintage Stotz handcuff with original key for sale, and an East German cable leg iron with original key.

One of the bows of the Stotz is somewhat bent (can be fixed), but they still lock and unlock fine.

I'm looking for $450 (plus $15 shipping) and $200 (plus $22 shipping) respectively.

The GDR Leg Iron has been sold, thank you.

The Stotz's dimensions are 7,5x5cm at the largest position and 4x3,5cm fully closed.

Divide that number by 2.54 for inches.

Is it correct to assume that the damaged cuff will not close down properly until repaired?

The locks work fine, they do open and close pretty much as the should. It just takes a little pulling to open them all the way. You could probably re-shape them by bending one of the bows over a 2 inch tubular object, but I haven't tried that yet.
