Age of Hiatt 104 Darby Cuffs?

I recently purchased a pair of Hiatt 104 Darby Handcuffs. These are plain polished steel (or iron) and came with the original box. They are marked "British Made" and "Hiatt". The key is marked "Hiatt". Since the box includes reference to the swing through Hiatt Reliant model handcuffs, I am thinking that these are around 1960s vintage. Does anyone have a more definite age for this pair of cuffs?

I would have said the early 1950s, but the early 60s would work as well.
In any case they represent the end of the Darby era. These boxes are cool.

In Australia, the store "Aussie disposals' started in 1963. They imported and sold Hiatt (104, 115, 1970 and 1960 models) cuffs right up to 1980's. Same boxes.
