These look right to me.
An almost mint set from a very reputable man in the hobby.
I have seen Bean Cobb LI in both oval link and potato chip chain styles.

They look like handcuffs with long chain and he say's handcuffs !

the set I have of the leg irons doesn't have swivels and the area outside of the removable lock is wider

also comparing photo with the key / they look more like handcuffs

The word handcuffs appears in the header as most people will type that as a search word, and when you type in just 'leg irons'. you get pages of cast iron legs for old stoves.
The interior circumference of each cuff is 10 inches - which strikes me as less a 'hand' cuff and more of a 'leg' iron. You are free to disagree.
As the seller, I make it clear that anyone could ask questions although most people tend to ask about shipping costs.
I rarely look in here anymore and I am selling my collection as I have pretty much lost interest in restraint collecting. I would have been happy to answer any questions through the auction if anyone wanted to guarantee getting information directly from me.
Please watch in the oncoming weeks for other handcuffs, as well as leg irons that are not parts of old iron stoves.
