Folding rigid handcuffs

I bought some "rare folding rigid handcuffs" on ebay. I was expecting some Hiatt or TCH cuffs but they are unbranded. There is a serial no. though....


From web pictures they seem to be similar to both.
I'm hoping they are not just some rubbish copies and have bought a good item.
