1: Both locks work perfectly fine with the key, nice and tight.
2: I am Absolutely going to honor the sale to the highest offer I have received by NOON eastern time Jan 31st. Do not send me an offer after Noon time!
3: I will post the winner on the Forum after I have spoken to him/her over the telephone.
4: I will accept Payment via Paypal or Cashiers bank check.
5: Yes you can increase your offer anytime BEFORE the deadline.

If you send me the cost of Postage to cover the cost of insuring these then YES I can send them cash on delivery, Or if you live anywhere close to Maine your welcome to pick them up yourself. I can also meet someone as far as Springfield Mass. As my daughter and son in law live there. My son in law would like to hold these before I sell them. He is a Springfield Police Detective.
