Anyone have any idea if Peerless gave away their cuffs for National Handcuff Day? Anyone here win them and not tell us?

They can't decide if they want to make a special 100th model matching the original Peerless design or save money and effort by just stamping a model 700 with '100th anniversary' and charging some ridiculous price for it.
