#5The origin of the $ handcuffs has been the subject of much debate and conjecture over the years. The preponderance of evidence leads me to believe that they originated in Italy, with Austria being the second most likely point of origin.I will be auctioning these handcuffs on eBay next week. Does anyone know more about their history and origins?
Then again, nobody really knows for sure. We may one day learn that they were in fact created by none other than Paul Warburg.
