Wow!

I just recently returned from a brief visit to New York. It wasn't a site-seeing trip, but a trip for visiting family and friends. I think the highlight of the trip was when I got in contact with Fred Pittella. Let's just say it will take him a month to clean all the drool off his display cases for all his handcuffs. I knew he had an extensive collection, but the opportunity to see it in person was a wonderful experience! It was worth two days off work without pay!

Hi Margarette, you are very lucky to have seen Fred's collection. The photos I have are great but to be able to see it in real life. I was thrilled to see a few items first hand at the convention 2003, Rare! I was afraid to handle the stuff. Great collection Fred and a great guy to hold history on behalf of all of us, thanks for sharing it.

That will be some side trip...going from California to New York. Maybe he should stop off in Memphis, first.
