I need information on these handcuffs, are they original, who made them, what period, etc. They are unmarked except for the number

Hi Michel,

I'm sad to tell you but these handcuffs could be made last month as they are cheap reproductions,
likely made in Pakistan. The market is flooded by reproductions.

The original handcuffs were made by Hiatt and look like this:

Hi I agree with Lars (hi Lars) although the workmanship is very similar to my pair which was imported here back in the 1970 -80's
