Lips Int. Cuffs

I have a pair of Lips Int. Handcuffs. My step father was a US Customs Agent and he got them working abroad. I'm trying to learn a bit about them and am Co sidwromg selling them. They came with a vinyl case, 1 key, the cuffs and even the original directions in another language. Any info and value would be great!

These cuffs are from THE Netherlands
THE one you have is one of the first batches they are from 1979 / 1980

It is worth About 100 to 120 euro.

Thanks for the info Patrick. I couldn't remember the details and you ended up filling in what I remember! And thanks for the value. Haven't decided yet, but likely will sell them since I don't really collect cuffs and he didn't use them on duty.
