#1Here is a comparison of an old (UK) Froggatt marked cuff and a (USA) Providence Tool marked Cuff.
The Providence cuff is the one in better condition.
Neither have peined end caps which are of similar size. Lock tubes are almost identical with subtle differences in the hinge, keys are a close match etc The main difference is the thread for the key which is very different - the Prov/ Tool having about double the threads per inch.
