#1 is approximately 2.5"x3".

#2 is approximately 2.5"x2¼".

I can get better measurements if you want.

Gotcha. The smaller wrist cuffs are almost impossible to get on me... I wonder if Iron-Masters made any smaller ones.

I'd guess their size to be Small to Medium. With the width of the metal, they seem much smaller than the dimensions suggest.

I would be surprised if any smaller ones were ever made. It's all I can do to get them on,and they don't stay on long when they are applied.

Hi Chuck,
I think the Iron-Masters range was aimed at a male market, hence the sizing of the cuffs. It's possible that they didn't make any, for example, to fit a woman's wrist.

I assume this has been a problem throughout the manufacture of fixed size cuffs which was only solved by the introduction of the swing-through bow....
