#1This set of handcuffs was given to our collection (first set we have obtained by this manufacturer) last week and we were wondering if anyone knows anything about the manufacturer (Alcyon), the quality and year/years of production? They seem modern in style and I am sure there is limited value to them (if any) but I sure would like to know something about them since I don't have any boxes or info. to go on. Appreciate a quick note or two if anyone can think of anything that might help. Thanks! Ken M.
