Unknown Darby #3

And another unknown Darby, which I purchased from an English seller. These adjustable handcuffs with 4 locking positions are completely unmarked and of lesser quality than e.g. a Hiatt or R.C.S. The key is also made quite uneven. Any ideas?

I don't think this one is English. It just looks wrong. So I would guess it came from continental Europe. But who knows?
