C&S Security 5th Model Black Box

...Also regarding the Black Box, I've noted that company product information refers to it as the "5th model black box". Does anyone know of or have examples of the first 4 models? Does anyone have any photos to share of earlier black boxes? Also, a reliable source has told me that in the 1980's inmates at Millhaven Maximum Security Institution in Canada manufactured their own version of black boxes while working in the industry area of the prison known as "Corcan". Does anyone have examples of that black box with photos to share?
