Chuck, it won't matter to you if its illegal. If you sent them to someone else and they sent it over sea, then you can wash your hands of any illegal activity. wink wink

Just joined the forum. I used to obtain humane restraints from USA over to UK many years ago but for some reason in the past year or so, suppliers of HR & Posey items cannot ship outside the US. I was working in USA 2014 and bought quite a few HR items & had them delivered to my hotel & took them back to UK in my suitcase without any problems.

These items are illegal to ship for a reason as many "confinement" items have been used to carry out a wide range of crimes in the US and abroad. US and International laws aren't currently in place to run a background check for purchase, like a firearm.

To answer your question, don't circumvent the process in place that is designed to protect humankind as they can be confiscated.
