Bean Cobb handcuff key

I recently inherited an old set of Bean Cobb handcuffs they say patented May 2 1899. I do not have a key for them and have been searching to find one or have one made. I assume one key fits all cuffs of this same type/style. Can anyone give me some advice?

I have and older set of handcuffs but no keys. Anyone know where I could find keys?
