Last Month was a good month!

I had a good month in collecting last month. I was able to grab up some "wanted" cuffs for little to nothing. I found a set of 1rst gen and 2nd gen Colts for about $100 for the pair! The Peerless and marked "GHP" for Georgia Highway Patrol. Still have the original key and barely look used! Got 2 different sets of H&Rs. One for the collection and one in a lil rough condition for trade. Tower Beans, Saf-Lok Mark IVs. And my 3 faves from this haul. A good set of $ cuffs. A geat set of Bean Giants! And, a rough but really rare set of Thompson Plug Cuffs! The plugs were hanging in an antique shop that I stopped at. They were attached to a sign with a Pinkerton Badge. The sign had large lettering that read, "SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED!" The cuffs were rusty and basically junk. I couldnt identify them, so...I had to have them! We worked a really good deal and I have them now. I lost a set of Indian Darys, but im ok with that deal! LOL! I took the rusted up cuffs and started to clean them up, to see how bad they were and if they had any markings to help ID them. I soon uncovered the THOMPSON printed on one of the bows! I didnt get the plugs or the keys for them, but for the trade, i did alright! LOL! Cant wait to see what this month brings my way!

Thanks guys! I am beside myself. So happy! The dollar cuffs and the Giants came from the same guy. A very cool guy. I was really fortunate to get hooked up with him. And I look forward to finishing future deals, soon! His collection is amazing! I cannot thank him enough for his generosity.
