Hiatt hand cuffs

I have a old forged set of hiatt handcuffs wondering the value serial number 21c1246 all proper markings

Old Hiatt cuffs did not have serial numbers. Must be some other number added later like an inventory number. Without a photo it is impossible to value or determine the age. Unless it says Hiatt, it could be a number of manufacturers.
