Combination locking handcuffs?

Are these real?



This was on an episode of The Unit. These either exist or are a pair of hinged cuffs just modified to be stage props that look like handcuffs that would have a combination lock on them. I cannot tell. Are they real? If so, what make and model are they?

it is likely a prop, nicely done. The relationship of the parts doesn't look like it would work. I see two things too close to others.

I found these the other day. They are a modern "bondage" device, but they still have the combination lock. Even though, they do not look too much like modern cuffs. Still a cool design. This is a pic of the leg irons. There is also a set of matching handcuffs available.
