Juvenile JN 105 (AHC) /Hiatts Speedcuffs /Etc. Public Display Info. Request

Would like to know if anyone can tell us the value of American Handcuff Company's JN 105 plus the A105 and the approximate first date of manufacture as well as quantity produced.
We are developing an educational display of law enforcement and related equipment as well as fire and forestry equipment for public event display and school education.
We also would appreciate any information on Hiatts speedcuffs, Tower and Cerberus products.
Also, we understand Peerless had recessed rivets on some earlier models.
Why the change and are they considered collectable?
We will be receiving in 2 weeks (from a collection to add to our current collection) sets of Peerless, as mentioned above and one set of new AHC JN 105's. We are also receiving 5 different Cerberus products including the sets that lock with a special key using a non shimable lock. (military style from China I think????)
We are also adding to this display Hiatts products including their Speedcuffs and standard & hinged sets.
There are also some other manufacturers products coming in the delivery as well, both antique and new. (77 sets total, all new condition)
The reason for requesting information on all of this is to make sure we are accurate in our description, and manufacturing history of the products displayed.
Hope we didn't bombard you with to much at once here but would appreciate any information & history on the above products as well as value if applicable. Also, if known, how many sets were made.

The collectors' prices are higher now. The last JN-105 I saw is gone for 156 € (in Germany, a few weeks ago). For A-105, let's say 100-150 $ according to state and buyers' mood !

For Peerless, the visible rivets seems to appear with P-700 series. All the other Peerless cuffs I own are "smooth" (models 1, 2, 3, P300, P400 and P500).
Not the rarest of the cuffs (except maybe aluminium P300 and the P600 prototype), so value remain low.

I can't help you for the other requested cuffs.

Appreciate the response and I will add that information to the products you spoke about. I will also check out the post.
Incidentally, I saw 2 sets of AHC JN 105'S go on Ebay. One set was brand new and unused for $505.00. I have seen them sell at the $500.00 mark before on Ebay, however I am still wondering about their actual value.
The second set went for $159.00 but they apparently were not in the best of shape and I don't think that they had keys with them.
In regards to the Peerless cuffs, we have similar Peerless sets in our collection but we have never known much about them, so I will check the model numbers.
