if you were to name the cuffs that look like yours in the gallery, then we would have a clue and might be able to give at lease a hint of what the value of your cuffs are, or even what cuffs they might be. It's not rocket science.

Joni, your cuffs look like they are from India. The one on the left side looks older and from the British rule era, but the one on the right looks more like the modern copies. It looks like it has the hinge at right angles to the lock tube where the the other cuff is at an angle. Maybe it's just the angle of the picture. There are many of these on eBay, both the modern repo and the older cuff which is worth more.
