Where does one in UK buy an ASP handcuff locking mechanism?

I am interested in buying a pair of hinged ASP now that I have found a source in the UK. It's the yellow locking mechanism (one standard pawl like standard peerless). But if I wanted to buy blue, green or red where would I be able to buy them? Just the unit that you install in the handcuffs?

ASP replacement lock sets allow you to replace damaged ASP locks or convert your current handcuffs. ASP lock sets are easily removable and are interchangeable with chain, hinged, or rigid ASP handcuffs. You can convert standard handcuffs into high security or training, etc. The lock sets are color coded for easy identification. Standard 1 pawl locks are yellow (ASP81237). High security locks that require a special key are blue (ASP81238). European 3 Pawl (ASP81239) use standard handcuff key. Sold per each- you need 2 lock sets to convert 1 pair of handcuffs.

Yes, they have so much good stuff but unfortunately there is no way I could spend that kind of money, plus not to mention all kinds of tax and fees for importing to England. Once I get the ASP handcuffs I am just trying to maximise my potential to get other key/pawl mechanisms/configurations without having to buy whole pairs of extra cuffs. That being said, I can only find yellow mechanism ASP cuffs.
