need keys

Hi Guys,

New to this forum. I just bought a set of Tower Double Lock, round link 1882 cuffs. They are in pretty nice shape but I did not get the key with them. I`m sure I`m not the first to buy a set without the keys, eh ?? I noticed in an early post ( which I can`t find ) that there was someone by the name of Ian McColl that makes keys. Does anyone have contact information for him ? Any help would certainly be appreciated.
