US Commemorative Coin Which Features Handcuff

In 2015, the US Mint released a commemorative 3 set celebrating the US Marshal's 225 anniversary.
I just discovered that the half dollar coin features a pair of handcuffs making this coin unique.






There is a Silver (90%) Dollar, A $5 Gold Coin and the clad 50 cent coin in the set.

A new coin is scheduled to be released in May.
It does feature handcuffs on it but not as prominently as the older coin.
I do not know if there are coins from any other county that has cuffs on them.
Many coin collectors are not liking this series of coins as they are expensive and are criticizing the art work to a great degree.
I would have liked to see both an 1880's or earlier style cop along with a modern cop depicting the history of law enforcement or each image on different coins.
Then we could have had some Phelps or Towers featured on the coin.

Being a coin collector as well as that for handcuffs, I found an item that fits both hobbies.
A small crevice in a damaged die used to stamp coins out allows material to flow into it and create a mint error.
In the case of the below picture, it occurred just over the date, linking the two "00's" on this penny (actually, it is known as a 1 cent piece as the US mint NEVER made a penny.  The name is so widespread that the mint even uses the word in most of its literature).

This rare event is called the "Handcuff Error"
