Nominally the same key but there are variations, post size, keyhole size, bit size - height and the thickness. Plus blank key or cuts of key

I have a set of towed leg irons that I bought at a flee market. Only marking on them is
Tower's double lock with a coma on towers. Wonder how to tell when they were manufactured?
Searched the form but could not find anything. Any insight would be appreciated. thanks Don
