Mini Mirror Handcuffs?

Hi. An internet friend of mine has come across these:https://www.dropbox.com/sh/tr9kx9x28r8w ... KWkCa?dl=0

To me they look like mini mirror handcuffs. They are too small to be handcuffs, and too big to be thumbcuffs. Could someone have made a scale model of mirror handcuffs? Or was someone attempting to make a pair of mirror thumbcuffs?

Any information would be gratefully appreciated as we are both a bit mystified.
